Eating the right combination of meals three times a day will surely give the energy boost every busy person needs to accomplish daily tasks at best condition. Reduce consumption of high-carb snacks such as cookies and candy. Focus on hydration and eating healthy protein, fruits, and vegetables.


Sitting all day in the office can damage the blood system and overall health. Not only that, stress can also be gained with all the workload and thoughts running through you mind. It is wise to burn the stress away and live a life full of positive energy by moving. Exercising daily has been proven to burn away stress-related chemicals. It can also help you feel better and will help you sleep better at night.


During the younger days, doing an all-nighter or staying past midnight can be a breeze. But as growing up, having enough sleep is becoming more and more important. Sleeping patterns and hours may vary from person to person, but it is wise to have enough hours of sleep to do more the next day. In having not enough sleep will lead to exhaustion and might experience blackouts.


Heavy work and busy days can often lead to physical and mental exhaustion. Give employees and yourself breaks to relax the mind and become more productive. Taking a break every 25 minutes, known as the Pomodoro Technique, or at least a 10-minute break every hour can help the brain rest, making you produce better results.


There are so many factors that can burn out the body and stress in one of it. Taking a time off for a long time, maybe a week or more, can do magic with the body. Taking a vacation can refresh the body and relax everything from physical to mental well being. Although small businesses find a hard time to take a leave, it is best to find the time since this will help them in the long run to provide fresher ideas and to regain energy to work harder.

Confidentiality Agreement

In Consideration of the Vendor of the subject business, or any other business introduced to the Proposed Purchaser and their agent National Brokers Network (“the agent”) providing information to the Prospective Purchaser, the Prospective Purchaser agrees:

1. To keep all information provided confidential in respect to the subject business and any other business introduced to the Prospective Purchaser by the Agent.
2. That no information is to be disclosed by the Prospective Purchaser to any third party without consent by the Agent;
3. That it will not use for themselves. Or for others benefit, such information other than to Purchase the subject business or other business introduced by the Agent;
4. That any agreement to purchase the whole or portion of the business shall be exclusively through the Agent;
5. To immediately return to the Agent all such information and other details in written form including any drawings and any copies made of written information, notes, summaries or extracts of any document therefor if any when requested by the Agent;
6. Under no circumstances will the Prospective Purchaser make direct contact with the vendor of the subject business or other introduced business without the prior written consent of the Agent;
7. If the Prospective Purchaser breaches this agreement or buys the business direct from the Vendor, the Prospective purchaser is liable to and indemnifies the Agent for any and all losses the agent may incur including economic loss and loss of income.v
