Melbourne Still the Most Liveable City in the World

“Melbourne is one of the most liveable cities in the world.” – Well, this statement could lead you to longer debates. Some would say it’s too expensive and the weather is a bit tricky. So before we jump to conclusions, let’s try to dissect everything first and find out why more and more people are looking for houses for sale at Victoria’s capital and finest city, Melbourne.

Melbourne’s hat trick

Melbourne was featured last year on CNN as the most liveable cities in the world, scoring the maximum 100/100 for its healthcare, education, and infrastructure. It was also rewarded 95 and 95.1 in the stability, culture, and environment categories respectively. The vibrant city has topped the rankings for the past three years with a very high rating 97.5 overall.  Well, this could also be one of the reasons why properties in Melbourne are more expensive.

 So why Melbourne?

Even though prices are higher compared to other cities in Australia, many people are still looking for places to stay in Melbourne. This is because it has a lot of things to offer. Apart from education and health care, there are other perks you may uncover once you get around the city. This is also one of the reasons why investors are searching for commercial real estate properties. The location is perfect for any kind of business.
