Marketing Ideas to Help Jumpstart Your Business in Spring 2016

Want to jumpstart your business this spring? Well you’re in for a luck because we are about to give ideas that will definitely give your business some well-needed refresh.

Over the years, businesses can get a little bit stale and the only solution, apart from a major overhaul that is, is to give it some well-timed and well-placed refresh that will jumpstart your business.

It’s a safe middle ground that every owner is disregarding. It’s less risky than a huge overhaul, but still enough to keep things fresh and new. So how do you do it? Well buckle up, buckeroo!

Partner With a Charity

Look, everyone loves a company that “gives back to the community.” For some added gravity, partner with an organisation that fights for a cause like an environmentalist group or an animal rights group. If you’re a business that sells a product or renders a service, put the label “Proceeds goes to an animal shelter.”

Everybody loves animals – even serial killers, so this is a fool-proof plan. Just a caveat though, please actually put the proceeds to the charity and don’t outright scam people.

Sponsor a Sporting Event

Oh look yipee! Partnering to a sporting event not only increases your exposure to your community, it also paints your business as someone who’s into fitness and health.

Nothing says “I care about health” than sponsoring a sporting event so look out for events in your community like a fun-run or a pick-up basketball league of sorts and then sponsor that event so your logo will get plastered all over.

Note: Please actually sponsor the event either by donating cash or providing some freebies like goods or service.

Spring Clean Your Inventory

When we mean spring clean, we mean give out some free stuff.

Or if giving free stuff is too much, how about selling them at a much discounted pricing? Fair enough yes?

“Spring cleaning” your inventory not only draws out customers, it also clears your business with unnecessary clutter. No one will buy a winter coat during spring at full price – just saying.
